2, the mold generally includes moving mold and fixed mold (or punch and die) two parts, the two can be divided and can be combined. Take out the parts when separate, and inject the blank into the mold cavity when close. Mold is a precision tool with complex shape, bearing billet expansion force, and has higher requirements on structural strength, stiffness, surface hardness, surface roughness and machining accuracy.
